Construction
10 to 14 months from design finalization to move-in for a typical build, with a dedicated project manager and scheduled progress updates.

Handover
Final inspections, deficiency walkthrough, occupancy, and your 2-5-10 warranty documentation. We stay reachable after the keys change hands.
