These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of majorhomes.ca and any subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Major Homes Ltd. ("Major Homes," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes our services, past projects, awards, and approach. Pricing ranges, timelines, and specifications shown on the Site are illustrative and based on typical projects in Greater Vancouver. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or commitment to build, renovate, sell, or guarantee any project, price, schedule, or outcome.

Any construction, design, project management, or real estate services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Until such an agreement is signed, we are not engaged and no obligations apply.

When you submit an enquiry through the Site or book a consultation, you are asking us to review the information and respond. A consultation is an information-gathering meeting; it does not commit either party to proceed and does not create a contractor-client relationship.

Information you share during enquiries and consultations is treated according to our Privacy Policy.

If you opt in through a form on the Site, by texting us first, or by requesting a callback, Major Homes may send you text messages related to your enquiry: replies to your questions, consultation scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, and project follow-ups. This is a conversational, customer-care messaging program; we do not send bulk promotional texts.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any good or service from Major Homes.

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive a single message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (778) 200-7622. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, renderings, graphics, logos, and the Site's design, is owned by Major Homes or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution, framing, or use in AI training datasets without prior written consent, is prohibited.

Project photographs may include homes designed by independent architects. Architectural credits are provided where applicable. Sharing or republishing project imagery requires permission from Major Homes and, where applicable, the original architect.

Major Homes, the Major Homes logo, and related marks are trademarks of Major Homes Ltd. All other trademarks shown on the Site, including HAVAN, CHBA, Built Green Canada, BC Housing, EnerGuide, and Houzz, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

The Site links to third-party websites for verification, source attribution, and reference. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Major Homes makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Site's accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability. Information is provided in good faith but may contain errors or become out of date. The 2-5-10 home warranty referenced on the Site applies only to projects we have built, and is governed by the warranty policy issued at handover, not by these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by British Columbia law, Major Homes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including loss of data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or matters that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, BC.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
