Where we build
Single and multi family work across Greater Vancouver, with active projects in West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Langley, and Surrey. Each municipality has its own zoning bylaws and permit process. We have built in all of them and know how to keep a project moving in each.

Yes. Laneway houses and secondary suites are a regular part of our work. We handle design, permitting, and construction for laneway homes that comply with Vancouver's Laneway Housing regulations, including size, parking, and utility requirements.
A custom home is designed and built to the owner's specifications. A spec home is designed and built by the builder with the intent to list and sell on the open market. Major Homes does both: custom homes for owner occupiers and spec homes for investors planning to sell on completion.
