What you receive, week to week
You should never have to wonder what is happening on your own build. Every week you get a written progress report with site photos, the current budget position, and the decisions coming up that need your input. A shared project tracker gives you the same real time view we have: schedule, milestones, and open items. Site walkthroughs are scheduled at the stages where seeing the work matters most, framing, mechanical rough in, and pre drywall, and you have one point of contact for everything in between.
Working with your own architect
We regularly run construction for clients who already have architectural plans drawn by their preferred architect. The project management service runs the construction to your architect's specifications while we manage the schedule, budget, and subtrade coordination. One point of contact, one team accountable for the build.
